2. Catania, Italy Benedectine Monastery is a must-visit to admire architecture of mixed styles

Lastminute.com reviewer shares, "Weather for October was good, one rainy day and mostly around 23-25. Etna is close which was good, however, make sure you go on a clear day otherwise you won't see anything. I liked visiting Mount Etna and Taormina. "

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "We roamed around Catania at night, as we only stayed there for the first night of our Italy trip. The city itself is absolutely marvellous when it comes to sightseeing- there are so many buildings that have a decent amount of history that wonderfully adds to the Catanian culture, and of course, cannot forget the view of Mnt Enta at sunset, it’s a beautiful view. Locals overall are quite friendly, and you can get really good street foods."

3. Wroclaw, Poland The most unusual thing to do in Wroclaw is to go hunting for dwarfs (we mean the 350 miniature statues)

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "Would recommend the segway tour. Excellent fun and good value. Free talkative walking tours were excellent. Both the Japanese and the botanical garden were beautiful and was a good value for money. Finding dwarves was also fun."

4. Constanta, Romania Learn more about the Geto-Dacian history at the Capidava Fortress

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "26° and rising to 34 Victory Ten hotel perfect location and great food fantastic beach cheap with the £€$ Great sights make sure the taxi use the meters then it's cheap. Lots of Clubs love, Fratelli, Nubu, Crema, Bamboo etc best get a table which comes with drinks plus mixers. But Fratelli is the number 1 club which you pay for mixer separately and high-class crowd big ballers. Even if it rains it's very humid and it's only briefly. Zoom beach is we visited many times has the best crowd and beach spot the sea was warm but not clear and not too salty has a bar and food with music across the beach available. The sun was out early and stays out until late the humid all night so make sure your hotel has air conditioning. If you can get the numbers of taxi drivers it helps a great deal. Seat belts are not enforced and you can smoke almost everywhere if you're a smoker. The season Knicks off 25 of June to 25 of August so it was picking up when we were there then all the bars will be open every night at the moment its was crazy busy Friday/Sat and somewhat Sunday. The beach and the city are very clean with bins and ashtrays everywhere.  Gravy and Butter are not commonly used there so bring your own or made do the ketchup and mayo mixers or some meals come with sauces but check first and best to get and all included meal with veg or you have to pay for each separately. I would go again but in the full swing of the season which would be late June until mid-end August. Hope this helps that want to venture out there to Mamaia beach and the city of Constanta. Oh and there is a 3hr Express train to Bucharest then you can find a tour to Transylvania etc and explore the beautiful historical sights and castles"

5. Wilmington, United States Take a tour of the Stanley Rehdar Carnivorous Plant Garden

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "Wilmington was absolutely beautiful. Stunning beaches and amazing restaurants, all ran by local people which is great as there aren’t many chains. The weather was mostly nice, apart from thunder storms on one day, although it soon cleared up. Some nice shops in Mayfaire town centre."
