Lastminute.com reviewer Ianca says, "De-stressing tips: The hike to Arthur's Peak.
Sightseeing places: I didn't have time to go to too many places, unfortunately including the castle, but just seeing it towering over the city is incredible. I manage to go to Camera Obscura, which was a fine little place to spend around an hour or so. The kids would probably enjoy it the most. Then I took a Ghostbus tour, which unfortunately was a bit disappointing, at least compared to the one from Dublin. Lastly, I went hiking at Arthur's Peak. That is probably my favourite activity. The hike wasn't very long or difficult, but the view is great. Since I was short on time I had to do it at night, but I think that only heightened the enjoyment. During this period of the year, it doesn't really get that dark so you can just navigate without light, but just in case you should have a torch with you. I was lucky to get clear weather and at the peak, I realized it was actually a full moon, which was really lucky.
Solo experience: Arthur's Peak was my favourite. Just relaxing, not very difficult. At night it was very quiet, exactly what I wanted.
I liked: Arthur's peak, the weather and the people."
