"The weather was great..."

Malta was a lovely place to visit. I got recommended and wasn't disappointed! I stayed in the Radisson hotel in St Julian's. The hotel and staff were fantastic. It was walking distance to all amenities but not right amongst the loud music. Everyone I met was lovely friendly people and would definitely return. I even joined the local casino and was welcomed with free drinks and offers. The weather was great and the evenings I took a little cardigan to take the chill off as we travelled in November. All in all, I can't wait to go back!   Read more

Local cuisine was excellent, very friendly waiting staff in restaurants, however, street stall vendors very hostile and unapproachable, architecture beautiful and well kept, weather was very mild for November, old town best for drinks, lesser town best for food.   Read more

This booking was for me and 2 sisters to surprise our brother in Benidorm on his 70th birthday. The whole trip went like a dream. We picked up the car, found the hotel to be first class and the weather to be T-shirt friendly in November.   Read more

"And the weather was lovely - November and out and about in a t-shirt!"

Never been to the city before - it's a brilliant place! If you like museums and galleries there are loads to visit and everything we visited was great. We stayed near the Old Town and everything was within easy walking distance. We used the hop-on-hop-off bus for the few places, like the castle, that was a bit further out. The Picasso House and Picasso museum were very good. The Centre for Contemporary Art was outstanding. All the galleries and museums were beautifully designed buildings/conversions and really well kept. Everyone we met was so friendly, helpful and welcoming - just lovely people. The port area was a great place to stroll, shop, eat and relax. And the weather was lovely - November and out and about in a t-shirt!   Read more

November. Rain showers every day. Very good ships cruise on the river Tejo. Nice Sightseeing bus trip (west bound, Red buses). I had the 72h ticket, 40. 00 EUR. Extremely good seafood and wine and freshly roasted coffee and bakery products. I enjoyed the hotel SPA and an excellent therapeutic massage, 1 h for 60. 00 EUR. I took hundreds of nice photos. I liked: Very friendly people. Interesting conversations. Brilliant architecture. Big city life.   Read more

Belgrade has a lot of tourism potential and they are working hard on developing it. The people are warm, cheerful and friendly and will always make you feel welcome. Food is fantastic and relatively cheap in cost. I don't drink so unable to give an opinion. My visit was early November and the weather was mildly warm during the day and cool at night. Will definitely go back because there will always be something new in the years to come. I liked: The warm and friendliness of Serbians in Belgrade. And awesome food.   Read more
