The weather was good. We visited loads of sites. Rome is easy to walk around if you are fit and well. Taxis food and accommodation are not cheap but Rome is amazing. There are amazing sightings of starlings at dusk each evening so watch the sky.   Read more

The Parisian weather was warm with clear blue sky, We visited the excellent sites of the Eiffel Tower, Arc the Triumph, The Louvre and spent a night at the Moulin Rouge all in two nights. I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel Francois. It was great value for money, including a wonderful breakfast, great service and about 50 yards from the Champ Elysees.   Read more

Miraculously, despite going in February we had 2 days of clear blue skies and 18-degree weather. Glorious! Lots of eating and drinking wine, especially in the Monmarte area, it’s really very lovely.   Read more

Paris welcomed us with a bit of undertone weather but it picked up and was stunning anyway. It then opened up with blue skies and a warm sun that accompanied our walks along its boulevards, magnificent squares and romantic river banks. Make the best of Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle magic going in the afternoon, when the sun shines behind the stained glasses. Time saver tip: pick up a mouthwatering baguette to have lunch on the go while queuing for museums!   Read more

We were lucky enough to see both the blustery and snowy season, as well as experiencing a few days with a bit of sun and greenery. Our whole experience was breathtaking. Every landmark we saw, and the long drives in between each one, were completely inspiring and it made for consistent beautiful sightseeing. I would recommend Iceland to everybody!     Read more

Clear blue sky while we were in Barcelona. Cathedral and churches in the Gothic Quarter were well worth a visit. Sagrada Familia is a must. Marina area was too good. Plenty of inexpensive places to eat in Gothic Quarter.   Read more

Perfect winter weather, bright blue skies but crisp and cold. We enjoyed endless miles of walking around the city and along the river, so much to take in, very picturesque. Gastronomy was delightful but a little pricey on the wallet. Recommend trying the chimney rolls filled with apple sauce and whipped cream and the patisseries. reviewer adds, Prague was wonderful. We were treated to warm sunshine and blue skies so the beautiful buildings, churches and bridges looked at their best. Everywhere was clean, people were friendly and the beer was great.   Read more
