1. Mauritius, Mauritius Deep sea fishing is one of the more famous things to do in Mauritius

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "Mauritius is paradise! The weather was beautiful every day, some light tropical rain to cool us down. Amazing varied cuisine: Asian, Indian, Mexican. The best piña coladas!"

Lastminute.com reviewer says, "The weather was amazing! I visited several beach clubs and restaurants where we enjoyed delicious local cuisine and cocktails. I was treated to a sunset cruise which was an unforgettable experience and is highly recommended. We also visited a local market where I bought spices and souvenirs. Be prepared to haggle or you will be overcharged. It was my first visit to Mauritius but I will return. It is a beautiful island with friendly and welcoming people."

2. Amsterdam, Netherlands Enjoy a scenic cruise along the canals

Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "Beautiful place, clean, friendly, easy to get around, dungeons brilliant, Ice bar great. River canal cruise an absolute must from museum square. I will be back to do everything I didn’t manage the first time! 3 days isn’t long enough to appreciate this beautiful city and all it has to offer."

Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "Amsterdam was a beautiful city with lots to see and do including museums, shops and open spaces. The local sweet foods were very tasty. It is very clean and has good public transport meaning you can access areas outside the city centre such as the beautiful Zaanse Schans."

4. Prague, Czech Republic The Kinský Palace is notable for its attractive pink and white Rococo façade

Lastminute.com reviewer shares, "We went in November so it was pretty cold but didn’t detract from how beautiful the buildings are. I highly recommend chimney cakes, Prague castle, Charles bridge and old town square. The only downside is how seedy it gets at night time with the number of strip clubs and casinos. The buildings were beautiful, the food is good and it’s very cheap. I disliked: The seedy atmosphere at night."

Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "The first visit to Prague so discovered the 20 most popular sights. Enjoyed the Christmas scenery & markets. Experienced a medieval night that was fabulous, a light show that was captivating and a touch of snow that was beautiful! Overall a delightful long weekend. I liked the beautiful architecture, felt I was discovering another culture but not too foreign."

Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "Sevilla was very beautiful. Loved Plaza Espana the most. It's free to visit and open 24 hrs. Next best was Alcazar and was helpful to pre-book. Food is good and plenty of choices but need to be careful with tourist trap restaurants. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful orange trees! Local people were very nice."
