Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "Weather was beautiful, highly recommend you purchase the riverboat taxi 2 day pass as most attractions are near the river. Notre Dame is a must see, shame about the scaffolding but this exquisite example of gothic architecture is quite old! Eiffel tower felt like the perfect place to take a sandwich, a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. The tower lights up, a must see."
Lastminute.com reviewer shares, "Rome is an extraordinary hotchpotch of both ancient and modern history, full of wonderful art, beautiful fountains and spectacular views. It's a melting pot of varied tourists that add to its colour and spectacle. The food and drink were scrumptious, and as long as you are sensible you will pay a decent price for an exquisite meal. In both sun and rain, Rome shone."
Lastminute.com reviewer says, "The weather was fairly good. Excellent food at Ole and Steen, Selfridges, Zebranos, Pizza Express and Caffe Concerto. Would recommend each one. Had a delightful time at The Tate Modern. Wonderful view from The Kitchen Bar across the Thames to St Paul's. Staff very obliging. Enjoyed a walk in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Stop for a coffee at Super café there. Found the Diana Memorial Fountain intriguing. She'd have loved it. Very interesting listening into the speakers at Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park - though would never dream of speaking myself there! Oh, the staff are amazing with their detailed knowledge of the service. So kind and helpful, too. The Victoria Palace Theatre is exquisite, a wonderful backdrop for "Hamilton" - which was well worth going to."
Lastminute.com reviewer says, "What a beautiful city, great cathedral and cathedral grounds, and historical pieces like the Stonehenge (true wonder). Our hotel was just a 10-minute walk away from the main city centre. What friendly people, lovely shops, artisan Saturday market, great cafes and exquisite restaurants. Locals from housing going about their gardening spoke with us and encouraged us on what to see, fabulous scenery and no litter, a 10 out of10 experience."
Lastminute.com reviewer says, "The city itself is amazing. Nice and cheap food, lovely weather with bright and warm days. Astonishing views and exquisite architecture So, yes, the whole experience was really nice."
Lastminute.com reviewer adds, "It rained the first day but was sunny the rest of the trip. We went sightseeing, visited Aqualand and jungle park. That was really fun and interesting. Also, one must visit Tenerife for the wonderful beaches. It's all about the beaches and the local exquisite cuisine."
