Lovely beaches. Aber Beach is nice itself but shingle as opposed to soft sand. We visited Ynyslas with the dog and it was a wonderful stretch of sand for her to run on. Well worth the trip. Aberystwyth has some good shops, a beach, lots of lovely walks around the marina, along the seafront [and] up Constitution Hill etc. A very friendly and welcoming place, with everything you need for a holiday or [for] a couple of nights away and when the weather is good its even better!
Loved the pier and the wheel. Beach was very clean and the water [was] crystal clear. Can't wait to go back. My romantic experience: Evening stroll along the beach and then back along the cliff top with a beautiful sunset.
