Great quiet area, beach only 10 minute walk away and brilliant weather. Everywhere we wanted to visit was only half an hour's drive away. We went to Shanklin, Blackgang Chine and Osborne House. My kids liked Blackgang Chine, all day great fun.

My kids liked Orme mines in Llandudno and the promenade. Trip to beach was exciting and [we enjoyed] stunning views. I like day out on the local beach and day out to Llandudno. Surrounding Trearddur Bay was stunning and would definitely be going back to visit with my children.

We were a 20 minute walk from Keswick and had a 7-year-old and it was a nice walk. We did lots of sightseeing activities... We visited Kong Adventure play park in Keswick, no climbing available (you have to book) but the little one played in hard play area. Pencil Museum was great... We visited the Beatrix Potter Attraction near Windermere. All interesting to go to with a child. Castlerigg Stone Circle was lovely on our last day and we drove back via Staveley...
